What Is A Christian?

A Christian is

“A person who fears to disobey Jesus Christ.”

This is also the moment of being born-again.

There are many things persons can do to try to get right with God. We have all been raised in a nation where Bible-reading and Bible Study shows an attempt to get right with God. Attending church is the main thing people hear preached to get right with God. However, what God requires and identifies as getting “righteousness” aka being right with God is that a person fears to disobey His Son who is the only mediator He accepts between Himself and any person — Jesus Christ. One can be IN CHURCH AND NOT BE AFRAID TO DISOBEY JESUS! Jesus knows and monitors our hearts’ attitudes toward Him.

Jesus is returning to perform the Judgment Day. When He returns, nothing will protect your soul from being rejected by Him but having lived a life of spontaneous respect (fear) for the consequences of disobeying His Gospel commands as confirmed throughout the New Testament writings of his apostles. We Christians have our own culture to live and advance … and it is nothing of this world and the nations of this world. We must be loyal to our own culture which is from Heaven where Jesus now is. His commands express His kingdom ways, that is … His culture. Jesus Christ’s kingdom is our way of living right in the midst of the world around us. That is what makes us ‘lights’ which He has made for Himself among people still stuck in Satan’s darkness of evil attitudes and behaviors.
