According to Jesus Christ, entanglement means that Satan has power on your life through your attaching yourself to something that belongs to Satan.
An amazing number of things Christians regularly and casually do, say and participate in throughout their day causes troubles because we are, unknowingly or uncaringly, attaching ourselves to the spirit of the antichrist which is upon things that belong to Satan. See 2 Peter 2:20; Galatians 5:1; 2 Timothy 2:4. Troubles can come in the form of sickness, behavior problems, life problems with children, unanswered prayers, and financial difficulties. It is important to distinguish troubles that are self-caused by entanglements and those rewarding your godly living.
