Jesus’ Prayers – For Your Survival
Matthew 19
13 Then were there brought unto him little children, that he should put his hands on them, and pray: and the disciples rebuked them. 14 But Jesus said, Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven. 15 And he laid his hands on them, and departed thence.
The Lord Jesus wants to alert you how to get Jesus’ prayer results. It starts when you are believing Jesus is God and, because you believe Jesus is GOD (visiting us in flesh as we have), you are expecting His power toward you when you ask anything that is right to be asked.
Holding on to any thinking about Jesus Christ that denies He is Holy God visiting us wrapped in human flesh (therefore called the Son of God) will prevent the prayer results Jesus wants for you. If you think He is just a good man, a prophet, a teacher, you don’t have the faith in Him and in His Name that God from Heaven requires to please Him and get His favor (Hebrews 11:6).
Through Jesus’ substituting Himself for us on the Cross and bodily rising from the dead with all power on our behalf, He wants and works SOLUTIONS FOR US! God never just puts a band-aid on your trouble. He DESTROYS it!
1 John 3:8
8 … For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.
Much praying today has become theology and book studies about prayer routine while hoping God will be willing to answer. Praying “thy will be done” can be taken far beyond Jesus’ prayer when He used those words to surrender to God and turned by us into a lazy acceptance of Satan’s attacks on our lives. We condition ourselves to accepting things and to settle for less than the Name of Jesus Christ can do. Jesus defines this kind of hoping or just accepting as UNBELIEF. Unbelief shuts down access and favor from God!
Often, we are spinning our wheels and getting no solutions with God, while Satan overpowers us and laughs at us in various situations because Satan knows our heart is in UNBELIEF. He knows by observing the way we, daily, treat God and people.
This prayer page is for our soul and spirit survival. It requires that people change to get God’s attention!
Jesus’ Prayers get answers! For us, prayers that gets answers always involves repentance (change) and surrender to God. “Surrender” to God always means giving up our will and our way.
After the foundation that Jesus’ prayers are sacred (holy), the most important thing to know about Jesus’ prayers is “prayer connects us to the spirit realm”. You can, either, connect to God through Jesus Christ or connect to Satan and his devil spirits, but prayer ALWAYS connects us to the invisible spirit realm which surrounds every person and pulls the powers in the spirit realm upon our lives. If you are not doing it JESUS’ way, then “someway” the Devil is in your praying and results! Much praying is not Jesus’ prayer.
Email prayer no longer exists on this survival site to end Church as a public social service organization while restoring the glory and identity of what the privilege means to be a Christian and to intercede for others in the will of God.
Email prayer does not exist, but email contact does. An example is, instead of you emailing a prayer request for money matters — why don’t I just help you with the money if I can!!! James said, from the Lord Jesus Christ, himself …
JAMES 2:15-17
15 If a brother or sister be naked, and destitute of daily food,
16 And one of you say unto them, Depart in peace, be ye warmed and filled; notwithstanding ye give them not those things which are needful to the body; what doth it profit?
17 Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone.
Prayer has sometimes been a marketing tool to make people feel drawn to a church or ministry by hearing that “we are praying for you”.
We think we are supposed to do that because Jesus said “My house shall be called a house of prayer to all nations”. BUT … when Jesus said that, it was to enforce that people stop their daily routine and come direct to God in his face and ask for what they need … with change that gets God’s attention.
JESUS does not allow us as Christians, preachers, or pastors to casually “pray for you”. Jesus’ prayers are ACTION and personal. He and we are to “know you”, know what you are dealing with, “be involved with you” — so we can obey His command to “watch with thanksgiving for the prayer answer”.
Throwing prayer into a catch all routine allows us to keep distance from you and your problem — this violates the love of God, making church into a routine social service organization. It all starts with what we are doing with prayer — making it a marketing tool and means of getting money that is tied to prayer requests and hope.
Jesus loves you, therefore He wants more than an effect you feel when you hear that someone is praying for you. He wants the devil’s power destroyed off your conscience, mind, body, emotions, health, wealth and path in life. You can still reach out to Truth Seekers Church to connect you with God … but you need understanding of how Jesus’ prayers work for your own survival against the devil’s power attacking you.
Realize that prayer — coming before God — is a privilege by what Jesus paid to get us access. No one has unconditional “right” to approach Holy God and expect His results.
He only hears the meek and humble petition with surrender. That’s His good mercy — not our right. See John 17:9.

9 I pray for them: I pray not for the world, but for them which thou hast given me; for they are thine.

People, often, ask Christians “pray for me” because they have walked with the devil and he is now tormenting them with fear of the hopelessness of some condition or situation. Some acknowledge our “special” relationship with God (John 17:9) that they don’t have. This humility gets ACTION started. They come seeking counsel on how to get free of their trouble and believe we in Jesus’ churches know how to get them free! People came to Jesus asking heal me — not pray for me. Save me … not pray for me. Deliver (free) me — not pray for me. That’s what we must continue to provide in His name! That is His point on this page.

Since Jesus had no office for meeting with anyone and none of the apostles had an “office”, money will no longer be received and paid to investors of commercial property for a “physical office” of Truth Seekers Church. No property search for a physical administrative office will be pursued. Jesus turned the entire world without most of the things we think are needed today “to do church” . When needed, Jesus always met with persons anywhere and He has wisdom and power today to guide “in the moment” a location to meet with any sincere and precious soul seeking spiritual counsel. The Ethiopian eunuch was sent by Jesus to bring His Gospel to an entire nation from counsel received while riding on a chariot! (Acts 8:25-40)
