JESUS SAID … Women Pastors

How do we keep it up year, after year, decade after decade?

If we were called and sent, ordained by JESUS to be His preacher, instead of being called, sent, and ordained by some man or board of men through a church, denomination, or college — then, how do we keep agreeing with other mere humans against scripture? How do we keep agreeing, against scripture, to reject and despise sisters in Christ from Gospel authority because they are women? How do we keep hanging with other preachers in that sin when we can read for ourselves what the One who sent us has said? What sin? The sin of using the Holy Bible as a college textbook to endorse our personal feelings against women in authority. Aren’t we afraid to betray the Lord? Aren’t we afraid to have Him return and find us not feeding the brethren who are HIS people, not ours, all that He wants them to grow on?

As innocently deceived as I was in rejecting the idea of women pastors, I asked “Lord what have preachers been teaching me and the public? What other things have they taught us in the churches that are not true but we have arranged our entire lives upon it”!

Deborah – Woman Pastor As Moses

Next, Jesus led me through to the Book of Judges, where the Lord showed me a woman pastor ruling Israel, Pastor Deborah.

Identically as Moses, Samuel, Joshua … Pastor Deborah judged the entire nation of God’s people.

The men and women went up to her location, just as they went up to Moses’ location to hear amd submit to the will of God that each ruled in. Remember that Moses had to appoint elders under his authority to take some of the authority-load off of him for pastoring the people.

Her name was Deborah and she ruled Israel just as Moses had. She was the woman pastor Jehovah God appointed over His people — “exactly” as Moses was.

Jesus Gives Women Pastors Today

Ephesians 4:11-16

One thing the Lord reminded me of during this training in 1985 about women pastors, women apostles, women evangelists, women prophets and women teaching elders: God is the same yesterday, today and forever. God is not schizophrenic!

• Verily, verily, if God appointed women pastors over his nation BEFORE Jesus, and God cannot sin, then surely, He is appointing women pastors after Jesus blood has made all things new with a better covenant.

See Hebrews 9:13-28 and Hebrew 8:5-13.  JESUS says that His nature is “how much more so … and we have a better covenant.

Unlocking Timothy

1 Timothy 2: 12-15

Women Pastors

The Lord Jesus said  … “This refers only to wives and how they treat their husbands, I am telling My daughters to be different from Satan’s women who openly correct (teach) their husbands and talk in a way that is orderingthem” (ladies — the sinner world calls it bossing him around. Jesus does not want us guilty before God of that sin). He continued, “when I speak of Adam being first formed, then Eve, I am speaking of husband and wife, not men and women. I could not be telling you that “women” would be saved through child bearing. The ONLY man and woman relationship in which a woman could bear children is in the husband & wife marriage, otherwise she would be committing fornication. I would be telling women to commit sin!”  — Jesus Christ 1985

Due to this truth revealed by the Lord, we see Apostle John encouraging a woman pastor in his second letter. This sister in Christ Jesus was not addressed by John as just another sister in the church who had a bunch of babies by her husband — all living in their house.

The fact that John (speaking from Jesus) tells her at the end —  “the children of thy elect sister greet thee” speaks of two congregations. The church of God is repeatedly called “elect”. From Matthew to Revelation, the Church is “the elect”. This sister was pastor and the Christian brethren met with her in her home in some city. Traveling ministers came to her hoping to be allowed in to speak their revelations and instructions from the Lord or false brethren and false preachers came hoping to infect her church work with their error. John is warning her about some of those traveling preachers.

 

By the end of our journey together, the Lord had convinced me to obey Him and pastor those He loves.

Ephesians 4:11-13

11 And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; 12For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ: 13Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ:
