What Is Hard-Hearted aka “Hardening Your Heart”?

“Hardening your heart is a choice you make.

A hard-hearted person has chosen to lock their heart toward another human being so that the born again compassion Jesus put inside you (and is trying to pour out to another human being through you) … is empty.”

Hard-Hearted means “empty of the compassion of God”.

JESUS had it written in His Gospel, actually focused upon it, that being hard-hearted aka “hardening your heart” is the one thing that makes God reject you forever if you don’t repent.

WHY HARDENING YOUR HEART MAKES YOU REJECTED BY GOD

If a person repents of hardening his or her heart, God is so happy and what glory it brings to the kind of person He is and the kind of Kingdom he is building by His son Jesus. It is all about what you are representing God to be! People get to believe Jesus Christ concerning the heart of God — through you.

If a hard-hearted person (a person who is choosing to ignore the hurts or sufferings of another person GOD places in his or her path) does NOT repent, the reason he or she is rejected by God is because we deserve to be in the condition of spiritual rejection, but God felt compassion (mercy) for us … to get us out! We were nothing to Him when He chose to care. We were His enemies, not loved family or friends that He had an obligation to care about!

God felt us and cared to the point that He surrendered the one He loved — His own son Jesus — to be a ransom for us since that is what it would take to get us out of our imprisoned sin situation.

Therefore, God feels that if He could give up his own divine Son for you and me … who were his enemies and deserved to be kept in Satan’s troubles … we better not try to make any excuse and withhold His compassion from another human being that He puts in our path You cannot save everyone, but you — like the good Samaritan — have a DUTY to the name of Jesus to save as you would yourself — someone you know GOD is placing before you.

It is HIS compassion we are toying with or withholding and leaving an individual with a false impression about God:

We leave that person whom God placed in our path to believe Satan’s whisperings in their ear — “Even God does not care about you … you are imprisoned forever in my evil power holding you.”

Hard-heartedness always arouses God’s anger (Mark 3:5) and it is personal for God because we represent HIM. Jesus Christ requires that we go beyond being just “charitable” to, actually, loving others “AS” He has loved any of us. This is a pure-heart toward God and learned in the following scriptures, although there are many other scriptures backing Him up including  JOB 41:24.
