THE MYSTERIOUS FALL TO SELF PROMOTION

Jesus said in a 2011 prophecy and vision: So many of My pastors who have done GREAT works in the community “will” go to Hell. So, keep yourself from all forms of self-promotion.

How does one fall from humility and strict loyalty to worshipping Jesus on His terms and descend into “self” promotion?

John 6:63

“It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.”

1 Corinthians 10:20

“But I say, that the things which the Gentiles sacrifice, they sacrifice to devils, and not to God: and I would not that ye should have fellowship with devils.”

Notice in 1 Cor. 10:20, that our brother and Lord’s Apostle — Paul was speaking to the pastors leading the people in the churches.

The mysterious ways of blending flesh into the things of the Holy Spirit is in Boise and throughout America. Blending flesh into our worship is how we can boldly offer to God what is now accepted as routine worship, while in His face speaking, doing, and symbolizing things which He has warned us —  through JESUS — that He hates. No one seems to care and are angry about this message instead of welcoming the opportunity to examine our hearts and change.

The settled atmosphere of self-promotion is done EVERY Sunday, and for some, several service times on Sundays. Regularly, our flesh is being offered to God versus our spirit. However, Jesus has already taught us that they who worship the Father must worship Him in spirit … and in His truth. Blending flesh into the things of God produces “designer-churches” and “designer worship”.

John 4:24

“God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.”

John 4:23

“But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him.”

Designer-church and Designer-worship are just like designer clothes. Designer clothes are a special kind of clothing that symbolizes something about your status are style-affiliation. Worship can become a status or style-affiliation (“performance”) carefully planned and orchestrated to engage and hold the attention of our flesh while, simultaneously, trying to commune our hearts with the Holy Spirit of God at the same time. Something must remain distracted and unfulfilled at the level God wants.

In future generations, Christians and non-Christians will research our generation to learn what church is or what church was. Is this designer-church business model that we have mass-produced and “coveted” going to be what they copy and live out as the original Gospel of Jesus Christ our Lord?

We are encased in bodies of flesh and blood and our flesh is used to worship our God. However, choosing to cater to our flesh versus His Spirit makes the worship about pleasing us –not about pleasing Him. 

An overwhelming presence of modern music and lyrics exalting our life experience versus songs “TO” the Lord proves that the worship is about us self-promoting a feature to attract, like any business does.

Included in establishing an atmosphere of self-promotion is the modern practice of turning the worship sanctuary atmosphere into “darkness” —  even so dark that persons who want to cannot read the Holy Word of God (their Bibles), and hear JESUS speaking from it during the worship time. This is a behavior that any of us pastors and preachers will be judged for by the Lord who is the “light” of the world. 

Encouragement Against The Temptation To Self-Promote

Satan is launching additional pressures upon our flesh-weaknesses and that is why we MUST make a change to be able to withstand him!

• Pastors and other preachers are being weakened from their original loyalty to the pureness of Christ.
• Pastors and other preachers are being damned for all eternity by multiple, popular and modernistic ways of leading people into “irreverence” and “blasphemies” against God and Christ.
• Pastors and other preachers are being caught up in things that weaken their spirits further — deceived into weakness by the new strength and influential powers that self promotion feels like and accomplishes.

While we wait for Jesus to return, Satan is working every kind of distraction, every kind of destruction, and increasingly bold methods and types of delusion to slowly wipe out even the memory of the original Jesus Christ and His original Gospel.

This bold eroding of reverence for Jesus Christ in our Boise community reveals to us how planning and encouraging worship that arouses the flesh while trying to move the Holy Spirit in our character has fallout  and spillover — falling and spilling outside the confines of our worship assembly into the community we are trying to serve with the Lord Jesus.

2 TIMOTHY 4:3

1I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom; 2Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine. 3For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; 4And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables. 5But watch thou in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of thy ministry. 6For I am now ready to be offered, and the time of my departure is at hand.
