Your soul is your very life. You owe NO man ANYTHING when it comes to your soul with God. Do right by God and He will do right by you. When He does it … tell it!

Soul and Spirit Survival In YOU is about decisions you make that turned you in a different direction than God wanted you to take. That is all decisons YOU make versus following the ones Jesus made for you in your daily affairs.

Does your life feel like a hiking trail? What do you need today to survive TODAY? Is it a bill or money, or home issues, or relationship issues? Is it something else? Is it all those things you are hiking … one trail converging into another and summitting to you-don’t-know-where?

Perhaps, you feel hopeless that it cannot be overcome or that it will always be this way? Do you feel helpless, perhaps, that no one cares to intervene and you’re all on your own limited abilities to get out of the situation? Satan and invisible evil whisperers to your mind want you to believe that so you feel the way you feel.

My mother kept a framed message on our wall at home. We saw it every time we passed by or went to the restroom:

You feel the way you feel because you think the way you think.  Change the way you think and you will change the way you feel.

How I was feeling during the shifting of the church content to offshore caused the Truth Seekers Church website to be offline. Therefore, because of me, persons who desparately needed words from the Lord Jesus for their particular situations were hindered from receiving them from December 22, 2023 until January 4, 2023 …  today.

A good offshore host was found, but I noticed technical issues that made me feel safer to find another offshore host for the work. My testimony can help you survive and thrive even if it seems completely unrelated to what you are going through.

Whatever issues you are dealing with, God “clings” to the person who humbles himself or herself. A humble person looks inside oneself to see if YOU are wrong  — and brought your situation upon yourself — then confesses aloud, forsakes that behavior, and makes it right with God and people you’ve injured with that wrong (Isaiah 66:1-2, Luke 18:13, Luke 15:19).

The very second that you confess out loud that YOU are the one who is wrong, God WILL FORCE things into place that make His good things start happening to you in real-time. Why this confessing out loud thing??! ONLY confession out loud destroys Satan’s power-work of deception and progressive delusion in the wrong path that we can get on. Jesus has “required” confessing out loud … and that is all the reason you need (1 John Chapter One, James 5:13-18 focus on verses 13-16).

The Effect of Pride On Soul and Spirit Surivial in You … Jesus Said

For this people’s heart is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes they have closed; lest at any time they should see with their eyes and hear with their ears, and should understand with their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them.

 

God’s first good thing that He makes happen for us when we search, see and confess the truth about ourselves is receiving safety and peace in our consciences.

You stop feeling burdened or hindered in the events that have been happening to you. You can feel that a change for the better is about to happen. It’s only a matter of God’s timing … his time will be perfect for you!

He provides rest for your inner self and you stop wondering what to do — wrestling in business decisions, government and political decisions, marital decisions, family decisions,  workplace decisions, school decisions and street-wise decisions! There is peace in knowing that one decision is solid ground and another is not. It gives you safety and peace in knowing what direction to take. Don’t move away from that decision!

ONLY CONFESSION DESTROYS PRIDE

There was excruciating research for web hosts — checking their double-talk privacy policies, checking their legal terms and conditions, ferreting out if the so-called offshore host was a US corporation or entity in disguise (hundreds of times), entering the shopping cart and seeing the advertised price change (and I don’t mean because of a currency exchange rate). Blockage is God trying to tell you something.

Like the prodigal son who ‘came to himself’, you may need to humble yourself and come to your senses and say “I am wrong. I’m going back” — to dad, mom, employer, teacher, husband, wife, city or state, country or neighborhood, etc.. You may need to confess to God and them what you did wrong and ask their forgiveness. You may need to humble yourself and care about their feelings by telling them so and asking them what they may need from you to make it right with them!

I stopped and looked within.

Am I wrong?

Confessing to myself and to God OUT LOUD, yesterday, that my own lack of knowledge in some areas of hosting technology made me look at the webhosting company in a wrong way and leave … resulted in me deciding “I’m going back”. “I will tell the hostng company that I am wrong.” “I will ask them to forgive me. I will humble myself and ask if they are willing to have me back!?”

I did all those things (in that order) and this Christian Survival Work was back online within the hour!

You should humble yourself, too. Our world would have much peace if we all would be honest, confess what God shows us through Jesus is wrong about ourselves, and humble our proud minds to care about the other person(s) we have injured with our wrong. In Luke 19, Zacchaeus is a perfect example of how this humility IS what happens at the moment of confession that produces salvation:

Luke Chapter 19

⁸ And Zacchaeus stood, and said unto the Lord; Behold, Lord, the half of my goods I give to the poor; and if I have taken any thing from any man by false accusation, I restore him fourfold.

⁹ And Jesus said unto him, This day is salvation come to this house, forsomuch as he also is a son of Abraham.

¹⁰ For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost.

Without this kind of humility, no change by God has happened in the human heart. No salvation from Jesus has been sought until it is found, but only a “man-made apology that says I’m only human and doing the best I can — accept it.” This is why confession is the power that destroys Satan’s power off of you. As long as you cannot stand to say it out loud about your wrongfulness, it proves you love yourself more than Jesus and Satan holds on to you in that area. His plan is to use that foothold to grab more and more of your heart and flesh over time.

Of course, many times it is not you, but others who have done you the wrong. Satan is using them and making them a problem, but God still wants you to talk  to HIm about your own problematic thoughts. Your thoughts and perspectives expose where (or if) your thoughts are fighting against His (Isaiah 55). Forget about what you “think” the other person(s) is doing! They must do their own inner search. and reckoning with the Lord. You are only responsible for you and God holds you accountable to Him (eternally).

YOU may need to do that soul-search as your first step out of the thing you are trying to survive. Have you made a mistake in your thoughts about someone and it made you feel a certain way about them? Did you cut off God’s goodness to yourself and suffer for really no reason but ignorance or pride? You did it to yourself???

Humbling myself to change the way I was thinking, yesterday, got the church survival site back on the internet for all of you, today. God works immediate, interim, short-term and long-term. Each of those time periods are now affected by my one decision, yesterday.

The same will happen for you TODAY and … TOMORROW YOU WILL SEE SOME KIND OF CHANGE!
