In 1999, when the Lord began this new Christian denomination,  Truth Seekers of Jesus Christ™, (but I did not know that He was starting a new Christian denomination, only thought it was church) — He explained to me as one of His prophets that house church was His way because it returns Christians to simple worship of Him and loving one another. Buildings were a focus of a different season. Buildings WILL continue and Jesus will continue to meet with the saints (Christians) in buildings, but a new move and a new season brings new, unfamiliar methods that we have not been taught by preachers in previous seasons. We must move forward, onward and upward until we meet our Jesus in the air!

In the small family-like setting, we know who is among us “in the Lord”. Our focus is one another and delivering other human beings from Satan’s power (aka salvation) rather than growing a building presence in the city which the unchurched and politicians can misunderstand as a false credibility with God. Also, within the quest for mega-church like Seoul, Korea, “knowing one another” in the manner Jesus intended is lost.

Jesus said that, “where house churches are not familiar now (1999), they will become the norm and will become like the Charismatic heading in the telephone directory. The heading “Charismatic” did not exist, then it became pages long in the directory. Likewise, house churches will become the norm.”

I, often, watch the events in earth that are moving us toward Jesus’ fulfilling many prophecies about many things — not just house-churches. He has confirmed the prophecies by giving them to multiple kinds of churches through men and women apostles, prophets, evangelists and pastors/teachers.

Sadly, yesterday’s (Sunday, Feb.11, 2024) shooting at Lakewood Church/Pastor Joel Osteen is the fulfilment of multiple prophecies Jesus Christ has given in modern times for “timely” guidance to protect His Gospel and the disciples who are allegiant to Him.

The move to return Christians to His original intimate, family worship environment where the lead pastor “knew” every single person in the worship and the members “knew” him or her is a move of God and must be restored.

As said in the FAQ about this denomination (Truth Seekers of Jesus Christ™) written a month ago, there would be less public shootings if we returned to God’s private worship as a people “married” to Christ and not a public 501-c3 business corporation where everybody is “entitled” to enter under the misguide appearance of love called “Everyone Welcome”.

Do we grieve for the person who was prepared to be able to shoot and/or kill persons gathered in the worship environment? Of course. Do we hope that in the environment of worshipping Jesus that the person could have been wounded instead of killed and counseling provided? Of course. Was the name of Jesus glorified and the Gospel of love He ordained? Don’t know, yet. Hindsight is always advantaged.

One may ask, what will we do with all those buildings? Is that really a question? The number of persons unloved and therefore unhoused throughout the nation slaps us in the face with a question like that … doesn’t it? We should be the first to make use of buildings we no longer use for the worship experience. When the sacred environment of worship is returned from buildings to hearts (as Jesus came to do), we can find innumerable greater good the buildings can be used for. We just have to pray and get answers that will glorify  Jesus as risen from the grave and caring, today, for each individual born into the earth —  more than for our complexes.
