An “Unlearned Question” ( 2Timothy 2:23) or Statement is:

You don’t know what you are talking about, but for pride of knowledge, think that you do.

Then, “assert” that your understanding must be accepted in place of what the Bible Jesus Christ has revealed — who is Lord, God knowing everything.

By human nature, we have all spoken an unlearned question or statement. When it’s a pattern, we are to be avoided.

Examples:

John 7: 40 – 42

1 Timothy 1:7

UNLEARNED can be a question or a statement. Jesus commands us to avoid a person’s unlearned desire for discourse on a question or statement. It cloaks intent for a kind of debate which is sin. Don’t respond, do not interact with it. Furthermore, we are commanded  (by the Lord) to “avoid the person”.

2 Tim 2:23 -26, 2 Peter 3:16, Romans 16:17

  1. Sorry, Judy’s question in November 2020 was accidentally deleted while cleaning other comments that recently crept in as spam. The spam filter has been updated. So, I am updating my response:

    Judy asked —
“Are there actual church services where a pastor preaches”?

I know what Judy means. So, yes.
HOWEVER Jesus has established Truth Seekers Church to bring Christians back to His simplicity and power in His churches, so the public restores “reverence” for Jesus’ church.

Judy, all of us in America have become used to thinking of church as a non-profit social organization that we are “entitled” to visit as a public charity giving a public service. That’s where the idea of church “services” came from.

In this new move Jesus is doing in the earth, both churches and the public are being restored to proper reverence for His churches. CHURCH IS HOLY and MUST BE REVERENCED.

Churches are private spiritual entities for those who have paid the cost to obey the Bible Jesus. Therefore, no one can just walk off the street and enter our home church meeting place — just as you ( nor any normal person) would allow people to just walk into YOUR HOME (Acts 5:11-13) unknown, uninvited, and UNVETTED!

Non-members ARE WELCOME to come by invitation of a member, or just call or email to request an invite. So, do it and we will see you soon! Thank you so much for your question!!!

Thank you so much for this incredible glossary which allows us to learn! I am so grateful!

Shari, you are so very welcome! Thank you for appreciating how Jesus Christ is loving you through this glossary. It is intended to do just what you said it does.:) — 2019/10/04, 7:15 p.m.
